WHERE IS WILL CALL?

Our Will Call window is located at our grandstand box office located just outside the grandstand entrance.  If you only ordered general admission passes, go to Gate 2 to pick up your passes. 

WHAT TIME DOES WILL CALL OPEN?

The grandstand box office opens 2 hours before the scheduled performance time.  If the event starts at 7, the box office opens at 5.  If you ordered general admission passes online, you can pick them up any time at Gate 2.

What do i need to bring with me to get my tickets?

We want you to enjoy your time at the Sangamon County Fair.  Be sure that you have a photo ID with you that has the name on the order.  A copy of the receipt is also a good idea to, but not required.

I won passes from the fan club.  how do i get them?

If you won passes from the artists directly, typically their fan club, you can pick them up at the Will Call window at the grandstand box office.  If you don't have a pass to the fair, you will still need to pay admission to get into the fair.
